- What Reiki is, how it works, what can be treated
- History and ideals
- Standard hand positions for treating yourself and others
- Japanese Reiki Techniques, including: Gassho meditation, Byosen scanning to detect where Reiki is needed as well as Reiji-ho and Chiryo to rely more on intuition. Kenyoku to clear the energy field.
- How to conduct a full Reiki session on yourself
- How to conduct a full Reiki session on someone else
- Deeply Healing meditation experiences
- Practice time so you may further your understanding and build your confidence with Reiki
In choosing this class you will receive:
- The Healing Touch Reiki I/II manual (175 pages)
- Holy Fire® attunements (placements) for your energy system which allows you to channel Reiki energy for yourself, others & animals
- A certification in Usui/Holy Fire® III Levels I
- Ongoing support with the class participant Facebook group. A space to meet with others for trades online and in person and to ask questions and receive empowerment.
