About the event
What if the new year didn’t begin with a push, but with a pause?
What if you gave yourself one full day to rest, receive, and choose something different?
Cocooned is a day set apart for exactly that. In a cocoon, nothing is being fixed. Something is being transformed, and it happens with ease. Together we’ll create the space for you to get clear on what’s possible, release what you’re willing to stop carrying, and meet the you who is already living the year you desire.
What Your Day Holds
Clarity journaling with questions that open new possibilities
A claim and release ritual to name what you’re letting go of and what you’re choosing
