During the certification course, participants learn how to perform Access Bars sessions, which involve lightly touching specific points on the head to release energetic blockages and promote relaxation, clarity, and overall well-being. The certification process includes hands-on training, tools to change anything and teachings about the underlying concepts of Access Bars. Upon completion of the certification, individuals gain the skills and knowledge needed to offer Access Bars sessions professionally, contributing to the holistic health and personal growth of themselves and others.
